The Garo Hills may still be early in its coffee journey, but each season brings it closer to consistent specialty-grade quality. Plantations here are young, processing units are limited, and farmers are just stepping into specialty practices; the curiosity is unmistakable. Rishab from our roasting team and Asif, who heads green coffee sourcing, travelled across cloud-lined valleys to meet growers in early-stage yet promising pockets of the region.
