Meet our debut release from Elkhill, a group of estates situated at the edge of Dubare Forest, near the headwaters of the Cauvery River. This anaerobic washed lot is from their first year of specialty cultivation, grown and processed by fourth-generation producer Dr. John Ramapuram. It opens with brown sugar and roasted almonds, and settles into layers of orange, brown spice, subtle nuttiness, and a lingering orange zest finish.
