He’s the heart and hands behind Shamim & Sons, a fixture that’s been part of Defence Colony for over forty years.
His father, Shamim Ji, opened the shop in 1983 after years of going door to door with just a sewing kit. Naeem was twelve then, and he’s been here ever since, keeping his father’s dream alive.
Over the years, they’ve stitched for everyone, from presidents to Bollywood stars, but for Naeem, it’s the neighbourhood families that mean the most.
Next time you’re at our Defence Colony café, take a short walk to meet him. 🥰
