Fun fact - Nearly 10 years ago today we opened our first roastery (which was open to the public) and cafe in Saidulajab. Another fun fact - we never actually planned to open a café! 👀 The idea popped up when we realised we had a tiny bit of extra space at our roastery in Saidulajab, and just like that, the very first Blue Tokai café was born. The echos of the narrow hallway, the large goldfish type windows around the office and roastery that made us feel like no move went unnoticed by us (or our customers) knowing nearly all the customers who walked in, those memories will never leave us. For the opening of our newest cafe in Dehradun, we brewed a little adventure of our our own.
