This anaerobic washed lot is from their first year of specialty cultivation, grown and processed by fourth-generation producer Dr. John Ramapuram. It opens with brown sugar and roasted almonds, and settles into layers of orange, brown spice, subtle nuttiness, and a lingering orange zest finish.
