Meet our debut release from Viishalakshi Farmer Producer Company (FPC) in Araku Valley. Named after the valley’s wide-eyed goddess, Viishalakshi brings together 33 coffee-growing villages. The farmers here have always used natural practices. To nourish the soil, they rely on organic fertilisers like Jeevamrut and composted fruit waste. Focusing on specialty practices, growers are now pairing their knowledge of the land with BRIX-guided selective picking, pruning techniques, and careful processing. This special lot comes from seven of the collective’s most-promising villages where women lead cultivation. Co-processed at a shared facility using the honey sun dried method, it brews clean, balanced cups.
