Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters | Vasai

Visited Blue Tokai today in Vasai and tried quite a few items. I must say, the coffee was incredible, no doubt about it! We tried the Espresso, Americano, Iced Latte, Vanilla Bean Latte and Affogato, and every single one was delicious. 5/5 for the coffee! We also tried the carrot cake, which was quite good. For breakfast, we ordered the Smoked Chicken & Scrambled Egg on Sourdough. The scrambled egg on toast tasted good, but the smoked chicken portion was a bit disappointing. The chicken slices felt slightly dry, with very little cream cheese, which made me wonder how the dish was meant to be eaten comfortably. Another small issue was the hollow plate. Cutting the sourdough with just a fork and butter knife on that plate was quite difficult and a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other food options. If you’re looking for a good coffee experience in Vasai, Blue Tokai is definitely worth trying. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but the coffee is absolutely worth it.
